Pantilt Pro "Call Rejected"

Hello, I want to use the PanTilt Pro to see my XCam2 cameras, in the Local computer I do not have problems already it installs and it registers Software and work ok, the problem is that I cannot connect by Internet and show the follow message: “Call Rejected. Not Connected”
Can You help me to solve my problem.
