I mistakenly ordered before reading the comments section, now I'm in the same boat as many of you. I was sent the right product, it was just nowhere close to the standard advertised. Now I need to send it in for a refund- should I just chargeback since I was not sent something anywhere near the quality advertised, and now I'm supposed to pay shipping charges? How has anyone else avoided shafting from x10?
Anyone from x10 up for a response? order-takers work all night, customer service reps seem to have a much softer schedule...
