Does anyone have the link to download the Lola Wireless Music system software? My father bought this thing a while back and says he deleted the link in his e-mail by accident. Tech support NEVER responds! ???

You need to call X10 Tech Support at 800-675-3044, and they'll need the invoice number to email the software to you. Good luck.

How do you get support to either answer the phone or respond to the chat window??? waited over 1/2 and still no answer, during normal hours.

This link doesn't work. It just sends you back to the home page. I never got a link in an email for lola only the remote. No help on the weekends. I don't know why we can't just get the software. Why all the BS? I am not happy. I bet the remote software doesn't even work on Vista because I got weird messages.
No support on weekend. Cloak and dagger software retrieval procedures. So far X10 gets a zero out of 10 in my book.

Sorry it didn't work-here is the long way.
Go to home page
Go about 3/4 down page to below "More Info / Help" and click on "Customer Support"
Go about 1/4 down page to below "Technical Support" and click on "Secure Software Download Link"
Fill in your email and order # and you will get an email to the download.
I also did not receive the email that it says they send out when product is ordered. Also no answers to tech support emails and put on permanent hold when you call tech support.
