I wan to use firecracker start kit on my 220-voltage system. Will it work normally or I need to modify/use anything else?

No the TM751 and LM465 are both 120 volts only.
There are X10 modules sold overseas for 220 Volt use.
Where are you located?

I'm in Vietnam. Glad to hear that. Can I oder those 220-volt modules online and have them shipped directly to me? If not, can I order them into France?

Sorry for my bad English. I'm very new to home automation, too.

The X10 US and Canada sales site does not carry the 220 Volt Overseas modules.
Hopeful that others may have the links to the European sites for you.

The two main differences between European X10 and US X10 are:
(a)  Europe uses 433Mhz for RF instead of 310Mhz
(b)  Europe uses 230V(50Hz)  rather than 110V (60Hz)

The available X10 units are much the same.

There are many X10 vendors in Europe.  There may be some closer to you.

I buy from these guys: http://www.letsautomate.com/ (http://www.letsautomate.com/)
