Does anyone know if this could be firewall
related, and if so how to overcome?
If you're seeing this message, you'll
probably need to re-enter the System ID into
the connection window in the MyHouse Remote
Client. Try deleting the entry that's there
and re-typing it.
Still not getting in. Should my internet
explorer properties be set in a certain way
for activex?
If you can see the ActiveHome Pro window in
your browser, you ActiveX settings are fine.
Can you send the System ID, user name, and
password (or create a new one for testing)
you are using, and send it to
ahpsupport@x10.com for me to try here and see
what I get?
