Title: multiview wooos

After two months of frustration with
multiview crashing and erroring, freezing I
finally am getting as b/w pics on the quad
viewer of mv. they alternate between black
screen and stills instead of between stills
and the live shot displays nothing. should
this show a moving color pic? and don't
even get me started on macro motion
detector frustrations working when it wants.

also sometimes it is color but 99 percent
of the time it is b/w?

Let's face it.  MV is flaky.  For me, when it
first starts the live window is blank - when
I drag the MV window to another location on
the screen the image appears. If I try to
close MV or enter sleep mode, it crashes
unless I first pause rotation of the cameras.
Working around these things has become
second nature.  Color and B/W images appear
as they should, but not in the correct window
depending on the time delay between
snapshots. I recommend trail and error. Hope
these tips help.

Call tech support 800-675-3044 and if they
fail to satisfactorily set you up GET AN RMA
