Hi,
I'm quite new to this security camera thing but I don't think its too hard to setup, but my uncle is asking me to setup something for his ice cream shop. He wants 3 wireless cameras that he can monitor from home. I checked the X10 sites and I'm not too sure which one to get. Also there seems to be a couple of different software to do the monitoring. From what I have gathered I'll be needing:
3 x wireless color cameras
1 x host PC to send the feed over the net with software (but which one?)
1 x internet connection
And correct me if im wrong. I just need to buy the software once for the host PC and not for the remote PC at home right? What do you guys recommend?
thanks,
Pat

Why don't you try to install the D-Link wireless internet security camera into your uncle's shop? I really like the setup and picture from this camera. But be sure to plug in the Ethernet cable for initial setup, even if you are planning of using wireless.
