X-10 supply supplemental parts

It would be nice if X-10 would offer all components that might be needed to make the X-10 system work properly, for sale.  Currently, a person picks up X-10, half the system works, they need a phase coupler or a filter, of course X-10 doesn't sale those parts, so the newbie has to find a resource for the part they need, or they can create their own bypass and risk burning down the house, or at worst frying themselves.  X-10 should offer all parts needed to make the X-10 system work properly.

I have never seen X10 put these items on sale like they do their 4 for 1 sales or any of their power flashers or universal modules. Those would be nice to see a sale on also.
