SOFTWARE REGISTRATION

Has anybody had problems to get active home pro to register? I have just spent several days after buying the software and appliance module trying to get the software to register. I installed the pro sofware and it will manually switch the manual on and off.  it will not register nor will it register the other software--macro-security-my house-iwatchout.
I guess this last version has only been out a month or two. anybody know of any solutions?

I believe we have seen others reporting registration problems.
The general thoughts where X10 is behind on adding the numbers to the registration database.

Since we are for the most part volunteers here. X10 may or may not see your problem report.
Emailing X10 customer services may help. I had to to get my last AHP purchase to register.
