No, that is not how noise works.  It doesn't create actual X10 commands.  It creates random bit patterns that occasionally match an actual X10 code.  If you clear all of them out you will see them gradually build back again.

And, after shutting off breakers, I'm still seeing the same.

Did you shut off the breaker that powers the CM-15a and test it from another circuit?

Thanx for everyone's input.
I disengaged the noise filter (DHC Noise Filter), and still have all the noise showing in "Find Other Computers," but other than the noise that wasn't there before─which is no real problem─all of my X10 modules are back to working.
