WS12A with led bulbs

Interesting post over at Techmall.  The controller in question was a 3-wire Insteon.  Post relates to problems with no dimming (capacitor filtered), and unfiltered (can't turn completely off) LED rope lights.

So I have been doing sum pokin around on the net and there doesnt seem to be any switches that will work properly with LED lights. No I just trying to figure out my options. I may just have to wire in a night lighy in my laundy room now . What would be the minimum light required to make the switches work.
