UR73A Not as described - What is code for HR23-700?

I changed to Directv and bought three IR blasters to control a backfeeding sat box from any room.  They had a special and I bought three of the above remotes to control the dtv boxes without the need to "walk" the dtv remotes around. These remotes were $5 and not really worth that.

No Learning Function
Under Sat/Directv there are 24 codes to wade through.  Isn't there a real list somewhere that will tell the actual code for a device?
If I could find the code there aren't enough buttons to control the satbox functions - no guide or list or skip ahead and back plus more missing..

The blasters work well though...
