Are you looking for motors, or ways of interfacing X10?

Are you good mechanically? I have seen power screwdrivers used to raise and lower blinds and power lock mechanisms for cars to open and close them, but there is a lot of mechanical hacking involved.

I will see if I can find some of the DIY info.

Hunter douglas used to make a motor for said blinds.  I never installed one, but am a dealer for such.  I'll look to see if it's still out there.  Until then, try a google with you blind brand.
