Email An Image

When creating a macro to email images on motion detection, why will it not email anything less than 1 frame every 30 seconds for 120 seconds?  It will let you type different numbers into those boxes like it is changeable but on saving it always reverts back to the 1 frame every 30 seconds for 120 seconds.  Am I missing something else that needs to be changed to allow the changes to these fields?
