How to set camera to send picture every hour

I got most of my setup done digging thru the forum..very helpful.
How can I setup macro to have a camera send me a picture every hour.  
right now I set F4 on a timer to trigger at 6 in the morning
which turn on C13 (camera)
Email recent image
Delay 1 hour
Turn on F4

But it only email me once
any suggestion?
