AHP & Win 7 64bit
« on: September 24, 2012, 07:58:04 PM »

Will AHP install & run under Win 7 64 bit?  It seems to install fine but will not accept my registration code.

It worked fine for me on Win7x64. Perhaps your registration code is wrong (or locked). You might want to call X10's customer support about that.

Well, spent almost 2 hours with their on-line tech support with no luck.  Keep getting 'Registration Attempt Failed' error.  They even reset my serial and then tried a new serial with no luck.  Simply unable to register AHP.  The program seems to be running OK, but unable to register so I keep getting 'nagged'.  Strange.   ???

Just checking on a couple of possibilities. Tech support probably had you disable your anti-virus software and Windows 7 firewall and try it (?).
Also, have you typed in the code manually or are you doing a copy and paste every time ?

Tried with & without anti-virus and firewall.  Tried copy/past as well as direct entry.  Tried uninstall/reinstall.  X10 finally gave up as well.  Weird.
