myHouse and iWitness Registration codes

I was part of the beta program for iWitness / myHouse online. Over the weekend my computer crashed and I lost the emails with the registration codes. I called X10 and the customer rep gave me the registration codes for AHP and SmartMacros, but she said there is no information regarding iWitness / myHouse. I told her I was part of the beta program and that Michael Cole had sent me an email which I no longer have, but she said there is nothing she can do. She was very rude and acted as if I was some type of impostor. When I asked for Michael Cole's extension or email address, she told me she doesn't know him. I replied that I would be surprised if she did, seeing how they are in two different worlds, but that didn't seem to convince her either. When I asked to talk to a supervisor she told me someone will contact me (nobody has called me yet), and when she gave me the registration codes for AHP and SmartMacros she was huffing and puffing the whole time, as if I was too slow for her. I asked her to stay on the phone while I enter the codes to make sure they are correct, and sure enough - she gave me the wrong ones - TWICE! And she still acted like I was the retarded one...
In any event - back to my original question: What Do I Need To Do To Get The Registration Codes For iWitness and myHouse Online?
Again, these codes were sent to me by Michael Cole, early last year.

I am in the same boat. I have been asking for the installation file for several months now, and I haven't gotten any response.

So what do we need to do to get this thing going again? Although the product is far from perfect, I was quite content with using the web to look at the property from work, when the kids got home from school. Now AHP doesn't even recognize my cameras. There has to be a way to get the registration code...

I have my registration code, I don't have the installer. And, since I was a beta tester, I don't have an order number to use to download it.
can anyone send me the installer for iWitness?

Has anyone else verified that Michael Cole has indeed left X10 Inc???

I have been part of beta-testing on and off for like a dozen years, and Michael has just about always been my contact.  If he is truly gone, then I feel lost.   :'(

Like the OP, I have run into a similar problem myself.  I have built myself a new PC, and with that, re-installed AH Pro on it.  Unfortunately, I didn't seem to keep a copy of the plug-in installer, and the link/ID/password that I used originally to download it, no longer works.  :(   

If Michael is no longer at X10, I wonder if there is anyone there who will still support us beta testers?
