Lamp Module Timer

Hey All.....I have a lamp module plugged into a lamp.  When I use the software I can turn this lamp on and off no problem.  I have a timer set to come on at 4pm and off at 11pm.  The off part works but the 4pm on does not ever turn on.  I have the advanced functions on 'Repeat'
