Response windows are 1 pixel wide
« on: December 04, 2006, 10:08:10 AM »

When I upload or clear timers and macros from ActiveHome Pro 3.204 the window that gives completion of the operation comes up only 1 pixel wide on the screen.  You have to maximize it by right clicking the button corresponding the status window on the taskbar in order to see the window.  I am running dual monitor Windows XP (patches current).

Are you seeing this on both monitors?
What is the screen resolution set at?
What video card are you using?
Is this the only application you have noticed this in?
It has been a while since I played with dual monitors!
If you only need to see AHP from the one monitor set the screen resolution lower for that monitor. ;)
Also try setting the DPI to a larger value usually found under "Advanced" in your Display Properties under "Settings"
You can play with font size under "Appearance"while in Display Properties
Hope this Helps!

Or alternatively, the AHP developers can come to their senses and write a competent Windows application.  There are a million sizing issues with this app.  Ridiculous considering that VB handles such things out of the box (they actually had to try to break all of these things.)
