Protector Plus - Can't Reinstall The Sensors

I had an issue with a cordless phone being
to close to the console so I unplugged the
console and took out the battery.  I then
removed all the batteries from the sensors
and pressed the test button for 3 seconds.
I went through the house and placed the
batteries back in and moved the console
back to install from run 1 and pressed the
test button once got the two blinks and
pressed it again and I continue to get a
series of fast flashes as if it was never
cleared and it wont reregister with the
system.  I have tried every sensor and
remote and cant get anyting to work again.
It previously worked perfectly before the
issue with the cordless phone.  I have
since moved the phone back to where it cas
previously alright.  Any ideas?

Have you removed the Battery and the AC
Power from the Security console, then wait
aprox 3 minutesbefore re conecting the
battery and ACpower to the console, then
try to log in again all Sensors moving the
switch to the "install" postion

The problem is that the sensor was already registered. That is why the flashing light.
I know that it doesn't seem to make sense BUT that's what it is.
Here is what I would suggest.
Unplug and remove the battery from the console.
Put the console in install mode.
Wait at LEAST 5 minutes.
Re-install the battery and plug the console in.
NOW begin registering your sensors.
