I purchased the AHP w/CM15A interface.  So far most of the WS467 wall switches will only turn off, but not on.  I would guess a noise problem.  But, I just install a WS4777 wall switch with to CS277 companion switches.  Again, the light will only turn off from AHP, but also I cannot get the light to turn on locally from the companion switches.  They will turn the light off, but not on, and the SW4777 will turn the light both on and off locally.  Anyone have any ideas where I should look, or is should this be piled into that ol' noise problem bin.

If you can't turn the lights on manually, then it sounds like something may not be set up correctly.

I'm not familiar with the CS277, but do they not have to be added to a WS4777 / PLW02-W 3-Way combination? It sounds like you just have one WS4777 and two CS277s.... Is that equivalent?

Well, the X10 sales guy told me I needed to have 2 companion switches with the 4-way set up.  I, too, thought I wired it incorrectly, but after checking it several times, the wiring is as described in the leaflet sent with the switches.  To tell ya the truth, I'm just at a loss.

If the companion does not have to be in the circuit, any suggestions on how to wire it.  Thanks.....

The two CS277 companion switches are probably correct if that's what X10 said.

I don't have any 4-way set-ups myself, but I did find a couple sites that may help:
