Macro takes a few seconds to start after RF trigger
« on: January 23, 2007, 06:59:55 PM »

I have an AHP macro tied to a KR10A remote button press. When I press the KR10A button, I see it immediately in AHP's Activity Monitor, however the macro I have associated with it takes a few seconds to start. Right now the macro is a single step that executes a windows batch file. Any idea on why it takes so long for the macro to start?

I have noticed this delay as well and it has been posted about before! I suspect it is the way AHP handles the configuration of the security modules using the Phantom/dummy module trick (users discovered) to be the culprit! For me the small delay is not an issue but for those that find it hard to live with, replace the security motion sensor with an eagle eye or one of the other non security sensors! ;)
