I'm running AHP with OnAlert, SmartMacros and myHouse. When I go to create a Macro, is it easiest to open the SmartMacro plugin with "Condition Wizard", "Simple Interface" or "Advanced Interface"

I was trying to start off with something simple, like a kitchen light (WS467 House Code A5) to come on at 7:00 PM, then at 12:00AM dim to 25% then off at 7:00 AM

Do I need 1 macro to turn it on at 7:00pm and off at 12:00 am then a second Macro to turn it on at 12:00 am at 25% then off at 7:00 am? Or do I need to drag and drop a second WS467 module and set a separate condition for that?

I'm sure once I do a few of these macros, it will become easier, but for now, I'm not sure what I'm doing

Can I just do the above using the "Timer Designer" in AHP and forget about the Macro? I just looked at the Timer Designer and it seems like that will do what I need

For what you want to do, timers are the thing to use. Macros cannot be triggered on their own or at a certain time. To trigger a macro at a certain time, you would need to make a timer for it anyways.
