A new thread from marty619 today, FLAGS BASICS, along with the excellent replies from steven r and puck :-* 8), gave me this idea. HOW MANY TIMES are many of the SAME questions answered over and over? Right... ::)

So, as a Community, let's put together some ActiveHome Pro BASIC information (Community Effort! :o ;) ), create LINKs to it, and STICKY a Table of LINKs at the top of this forum.

Suggestions to get us started:

Has anyone noticed that without someone (constantly) kicking the members in the 'can', this place immediately reverts back to a 'corkboard'?  :P

If you have a solid knowledge of one of the above listed BASICS, start a new Development Thread.

If you have an idea for a BASIC that I omitted, tell me.

Let's get some 'interesting' (and helpful to Newbies) Community dialogs going again... ;D

ADVICE TO X-10 NEWBIES FROM AN X-10 OLD-TIMER

TTA - Been thinking along the same lines, but open threads get cluttered with too many posts, and sometimes incorrect data, making it hard to find.  I was thinking we might try using the X10 Wiki, and if we could get a few of the experts to view, validate, edit, and do the posting, it might be easier navigation for newbees and experienced users alike.

I've attached something I'm working on - it still needs some graphics, and I'm sure I'm not 100% correct in all statements, but if it was a page in a Wiki, it might be helpful???   (I'm working on other topics)

What do you think?

PJ guy,
FYI
TTA has not been on the forum for quite some time.

Didn't look at the post date - the forum is returning "new post" messages wrongly - .
