new version of the software message when installing?

I purchased a package deal that gave me the active home pro plus all the plugins.  Or at least the smart macro plugin, Iwitness, myhome and the Pro security plugin. 

I have all installed except the prosecurity one.  Everytime I try and install it it tells me there's a newer version on the server and shuts down.  I've redownloaded it multiple times with the same rezults.  I've written them and not gotten a response and it's been about a week.  Anyone know what's going on here?

If you haven't already, try the email & phone numbers Tuicemen mentions in this thread: Newer Version On Server  (Read 7692 times)
