Vanguard ICC Without Remote Access

I have Vanguard ICC installed on Win XP. When I first installed the software and tried it, it worked. That was with one camera a week ago. Now I have installed the other 5 cameras, and when I log into the gate.x10.com the graphical interface still only shows the one camera, not the five that are currently installed on the home system.
I suspect that a file was downloaded onto  the remote with the setup info for the options, but now it won't update to reflect the five cameras.
Can anyone help with this one?
