I have been able to connect with the local

any system and I get the message: Check for
correct system ID.  I also can not send the
System ID by Email.  My Host is a Windows
Xp pro attached to a Netgear Wireless
Router.

JB: Is this occurring now? When were you last
able to connect? What version of MyHouse are
you using on the system where you can't send
e-mail?

Can you check and make sure that your
firewall will allow TCP connections on ports
80 and 8001? That's the main source of issues
like this on the client.

Richard: There isn't, but that's an
interesting idea. What do you have in mind?

if I am looking at the pc when a camera comes
on, I can see what triggered it, but if not
looking, have to wait on an email. if when a
camera activated, along with the little lite
coming on a beep or assigned wave file could
activate, it would be nice.

JACK BARNES ) I'm using the latest version,
it prompted me that a new version was
available. I downloaded it. I have never
been able to send emails from myhouse.x10
from the old or new version or connect with
a Remote Client. I will check with our
network Group on the firewall Ports at
work. Will there ever be a way to do this
without asking your company to open up
multilple ports for personal home
monitoring ?. X10 I can give you a access
password to try and connect to my system.

JB: Sending e-mails is a different process
from connecting remotely. We actually use two
methods for e-mail, the second one should
work if the first one fails. We might need to
get some more information about your AHP
system's Internet connection to figure out
what's wrong there.

We will be working on a way to connect with
the MyHouse Remote behind more restrictive
networks. If you send your connection
information to ahpsupport@x10.com I'll give
it a try.

Richard: I'll see what we can do about that.
In the meantime, you can check the Activity
Monitor to see what happened to turn on a camera.

on the sound. I know I can see the activity
monitor to see which camera activated, but
what I meant was if, you hear a sound, you
can look up and see what is at the camera
that turned on   because of a movement. ie,
you have a motion detector that turns on a
camera. If you are looking at the screen, you
can see the camera come on and what is in
front of it. If you are working on something
else, you may look up later and see the
camera came on, but what ever caused the
camera may have walked off. You can assign a
email to the event but whatever caused the
event also could be gone. If you could create
a macro to beep on an event that could be
heard on the client would do it.   Thanks.

when all is working fine, I disconnect the
client, then reconnect later and video will
not come back. I restart the server and
usually it will work again. any ideas?

I restarted the server to get video again and
saw a new update was available. It fixed the
reconnect without video problem. Thanks

Tried to download update but keep getting
the following message:  "could not
communicate to the network  server error
25 ----Abort---Retry"  Would this be on my
side or yours?

I am still having a problem connecting re
video from remote. It seems to stick
at "sending video" on the host and "video
connected" on the remote.
