I have always had a problem with MyHouse since one of my homes is behind a company firewall and proxy server. Therefore, I have had to find an alternative.
In this problem home I have had success with LogMeIn.com's software, and it is free. Just install it and I can log in from anywhere and control my computer and AHP. It is a bit slow, but it does work.
The best remote software that I have found is GoToMyPc.com. Wow this works great, but it does cost $99 per year for one computer. The thing is that I can control AHP just like I was there and see all of my web cams ..., make changes to the software or macros, reboot the computer if necessary - whatever.
