[How-Do-I] Download the Software for the CM15A?

I recently purchasef a CM15A.  I then d/loaded the setup program.  Ran same and got a message that it could not connect to the network server--error25.  This is 1 of 2 programs I am having trouble with.  Can anyone give me a solution to this.  Of course when I tried this I was online.

Did you use the link in the email X10 sent you, or did you download something else?

Reason I ask is that some people have been downloading the ancient software for the CM11A from X10's site and of course it doesn't work with the CM15A at all.
