I using OnAlert to translate events from security sensors to my application. But i have LONG delay (about 2 seconds) between OnAlert receive event and first command in macros will be executed. Why OnAlert do this delay and how i can remove it?

i have macros "M1"
On New DS10A Sensor triggered Turn A1 Off

Log:
12:49:54 Receive RF New DS10A - Sensor Triggered
12:49:55 Transmit A1
12:49:56 Transmit A1 Off

I guess there was no reply to your question because there is not real (or at least known) solution. The OnAlert plug-in runs 100% from the PC so there will be a noticeable delay in macros that are triggered by security devices.

As Puck stated

Because of the way AHP interfaces with the security modules there is an extra step or two in the conversion to standard (non security) x10 commands.
It is kind of like using phantom modules to trigger macros! :(
The only way to decrease this delay is not to use security modules to trigger the macros that you wish to activate quicker! :(
There are mods to convert standard x10 motion sensors to door window sensors available on the web! ;)

That's a pretty touchy mod... maybe a plain old powerflash unit would cut 1 sec off the responce time. But ether way, as Puck stated "there will be a noticeable delay".
