increasing record resolution in Vangaurd

Currently this records in 352x288, which just above useless for me. Is there a way to increase this to say 640x480?

I looked in the General tab, but no video settings. I increased the quality to 100%, but this doesn't help too much.

Right click in the main video area (where your cameras are first displayed when you open the software) see the option for capture resolution.
