THIMC:

Am I correct in assuming that any coding developed utilizing the X10 SDK must be hosted on the PC; in other words it can't be downloaded to the CM15A and run with the PC disconnected?

Yes.  At present X10 has not given us access to download to the CM15A.   :'(   >*<
