I am having difficulty getting the download link of the on alert plugin from x10. I have been able to get the other 3 plugins by entering my order number and their product codes. Unfortunately I do not know the product code of the on alert plugin...it would be sw39a- something

Does anyone know it??

I suspect you'll also get the newer version on server issue when trying to install, as X10 has been slow to resolve this

So I guess this means it won't matter whether I can download the software or not as it won't work anyway??

Unless X10 has fixed the link it won't work!
You'll have to email support and customer service and supply them with your order number and ask them to e-mail you the installer not the link[/color] as info in the above link states!

Thanks I just did that. I hope they are more responsive than they have been in the last three days.
