Well I imagine, for most guys anyway, the porn videos have a better chance of being exciting than the X10 video ad that we have to put up with every time we go to the site.

Man he's right (not sure about the whole porn thing, something's a little wacko there). But the X10 site, the actually plain x10 site is full of crap, advertisements and pictures. I find it really difficult to navigate or find anything I am looking for. Someone really should redo it and soon. Maybe more people would use it and there would be more customers if the site was more easily useable.

I'm thinking they must be getting better sells from it and if that's so the SHAME on you who are buying more because of the girls on there. But my guess is that they might still be in the "lets see if it works phase" hurry and change it.

That might explain why it remains X rated (no pun intended). It also speaks to the "brightness", marketing knowledge, and general morality of X10 leadership.

I think their target audience is the young techo geeks who have to buy every new gadget around.  There isn't much market left for us old timers who have pretty much all the X10 devices we need.

I like to think I'm one of those young techno geeks  ...and yes I do buy just about any new gadget lol but I still hate and think the site is disrespectful.

If the X10 site ever asks me for a credit card before I can look at any products, I'll think it's time to rename it the XXX10 site.
