LOVE it!
As a "cat parent" I can attest that just like human children, they test their boundries all the time.
They learn that they get yelled at if anyone sees them and that they can "get away with murder" when the "parents" are sleeping.
I have often thought about creating a similar "babysitter" for them myself!
This is no worse than yelling at them when they do something wrong and no worse than parents that install an alarm system simply to deter their children from sneaking out at night!
