Error message

When I click on the "GO LIVE" in my camera module in my room I get a message "X-10 has encountered a problem and needs to close" and it shuts down. I have a ninja/camera hooked up.
Also when load the Vanguard sotware it won't even let me register the software i get a message "Run a DLL as a app. has encountered a problem and needs to close" and it shuts down.
