It would be nice if a customer could receive cell phone alerts if an intruder triggers motion sensors, also to have access to video via cell phone.  ; )

I don't use those features myself. The additional fee's for text messages and and Web Access... for the phones... are the reason. But I already use AHP and the CM15A.

ActiveHome Pro can send emails to a cell phone to alert you of a sensor status change; I use this myself.
As far as video, I do beleive it can also email still photos from cameras; not sure about live video.

As Puck and Dave_x10_L stated you can already do this to some degree with AHP!
If you wish more you could look at some thirdparty software!
AlertDialer will inform you via voice what was tripped and allow you to turn ON/OFF a device in responce via a button press (voice modem needed)
The Plus version ($10) gives you unlimited Voice responces (you configure)
X10dispatcher will allow you to see pic and control devices via MSN so if you have internet access on the phone you could use it.
It also has a built in server so you can connect directly! ;)
There are others as well ;)
