Pro PPC01 Persoanl Assistance Voice Dialer

I was wondering how reliable are these untis, I would like feed back from those who have used/installed them. I would like to know the problems installers/users has had; if any?

These units are basicaly the same as the DS7000 security consoles since they work much the same way!
