Hit 0 to listen does not work

Hello all,

I'm new to the group and hope you all can help.

I have a PS561 Voice Dialer Console. All works fine but when I test it, it does call out and plays the message but I can't "Press 0 to listen to listen". Do I have a bad unit?

If you have the PS561 calling your cell phone, make sure your cell phone is programmed to transmit the long DTMF tones, rather than the short chip some phones do.
