Macro loop commands
« on: September 26, 2009, 06:18:06 PM »

I'm having trouble figuring out how to make a light come on from a motion sensor and then shut off an hour later using the Activepro macro feature.

Has anyone had success doing this?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Al

Sorry your post slipped through the cracks... and wasn't responded to. I have never put a 1 hour off delay in a macro but have used a plain old 10 minute delay... then off.

  • ON (from sensor) triggers macro
  • macro sends light ON signal
  • macro delays 00:60:00
  • light OFF

Thanks Dave,
It was for turning on and off a basement light that my wife never turns off using a motion sensor.
