The testerlinc I have is broken and of course it's discontinued. Does anyone know of an inexpensive and dependable signal analyzer I can get to replace it?

Thanks

Is it dead or does it give you false readings? Like bad block and crc errors? That is what mine started to do.

I just recently (the other day) posted a review of the XTBM <link with a video included. It's very nice and useful tool for any X10 user.

It is Dead. It got damaged some how. The video on the XTBM was very informative. Was just wondering how much it cost.

I'm gonna have to get one of those XTBM's. Just have to plan it to get shipped when the wife is out of town.  :' My "hobby" is costing too much she said.

You won't regret owning one.  I bought mine to locate problems in offsite installations.

I'm eventually going to order the fully assembled XTBM even at the $138.00 price ($129.00 plus $9.00 shipping) as it is a very useful tool for every X10 user.  Even a fully working system can get screwed up by a new electronic unit you never had before.  I'm somewhat of fumble finger when doing tiny part assembly, I'll gladly pay to get the "ready-to-go" price.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

AfrielDotCom

Thanks for all the information guys, I think the fully assembled XTBM is the way to go!

I had a chance tonight to use the XTBM! WOW I learned allot about my setup and fixed a ton of stuff that will make my automation work better and I had a great system as it was!!

Its a must have tool!!
