I have two very similar power supplies and have been having problems seeing each of my cameras.  I'm using a 6VDC adapter, but I have a 9VDC adapter.  Again- they look similar, same brand even, so I'm wondering now if I have the wrong one plugged in.  Anyone have a chance to check the output on their transformer for me?

According to the manual ftp://ftp.x10.com/pub/manuals/vr36a-om.pdf it's a 12 volt.
