logitech 880 will only control 1 switch
« on: December 06, 2009, 01:15:01 AM »

I have a Logitech 880 Harmony remote. I am trying to use a IR543 mini controller to change the signals. It will only control 1 switch. I have the remote set like this.
1 Turn light 1 on
2 Wait 1 sec
3 turn light light 6 on
then the same sequence for off
What could be the problem with this setup?  B:(

I use an older Harmony-Logitech remote and a IR543 in my Home Theater.

It sounds/reads as though you may have a phase issue. First make sure your remote is properly setup... and that BOTH lights are also on the same HOUSE code (the letter). The IR543 will only control the ONE house code (and 16 unit codes).

You can do a search here on "phase issue" or "phase problem".

I thought that I had them on 1 phase but looking at the phase diagram I don't will put them on 1 phase tomorrow
