i wish i could find an iphone app that worked with ($50)CM15A X10 ActiveHome Pro USB PC Interface to control all of my x10 . insted of ($20) iLinc Pro,(have it) iPhone, and the ($250)ISY 99i Insteon. VNC is your best option!
Why limit your access?
Developers there insure me a version with sound is in the works. I may then embed it in PCC
Some users have used it with PDAs and are amazed. But I think it is VNC they are amazed with!

You Could also try X10dispatcher it works with PDAs and has its own server. I've never used a PDA with it but it does work well on my homenetwork interfacing all PCs on my network.

There are other thirdparty AHP add-ons that work with PDAs as well but most have limitations.

I can't get it setup. I'm it guy coming out to instill it. Wish you could arm and disalarm from it.
