Quick Easy Q: The security sensors (door, motion) are not RR501 compatible?

Right?

By compatible - I mean - a DS7000 door sensor will not send an "On" command to the RR501 - right?

If so - it seems like a good alternative to the RR501 would be the V572RF32 - do I have this right?
