Does MyHouse Online still have problems?

Before I install the software I wanted to hear from others if this software

continues to have problems; connection issues, black screen when trying to access, etc

I understand it is not easy to uninstall afterwards.

Working nicely for me!  Had no need to set up port forwarding or virtual server.  Absolutely does NOT work with Firefox, MUST use IE, which I wish they'd explain in start-up instructions because I thought I WAS having problems as I virtually always use FF instead of IE.  But that black browser window that stalls is just Firefox unable to proceed because the ap needs ActiveX and thus IE.  Smooth as silk after that!

Boy....I don't know what i'm doing wrong then because i've worked with "IWatch-out" ie:My House, and Vanguard software forever and can't get them to work.  I've tried 4 different computers, even 2 different internet locations and routers and this stuff is junk!!!!!!  I've forwarded my ports 80 and 443 like the "troubleshooting" area says to do, i've shut off virus protection, shut down windows firewall and tried everything that I know to do.   Sometimes it will connect to the server but then either you can't access from the internet or it will crash and go offline.  I'm so disgusted with this X-10 stuff I could scream!!!!  Is there any software I can get anywhere else that works?????

i use log me in it works fine that way...i cant get it to work with ie beta 9
