Not displaying full camera view in browser
« on: October 17, 2010, 12:17:16 PM »

I have an HTC Touch Pro 2 and I'm using Opera browser.  I have forwarded the port and IWatchMobile is working good on 3G except it is not displaying the full camera view. I have to scroll with the browser.  I have tried zooming all the way out but it doesn't help. Please work on this issue if possible. Thank you.

We're happy to customize the software for display on specific phones.   Can you reply with a photo of iWatchMobile running on your phone so we can see the problem, preferably in both landscape and portrait mode?

Thanks.

The insert image button only works for http URLs.  You can click additional options on the bottom of the post and attach a file however.

I"m sorry but I don't see an option to upload pictures from my computer. Is there an e-mail address I can send it to?

You can upload an image from your PC and attach it to your post here:

Click additional options and then browse your computer for the image file.

Note: the file must be of an allowed type and a maximum size of 128KB.

Version 294 should be on the software download page soon, and one of the changes is a dynamic layout which should fix this.  If the video doesn't fit to the screen after the update let us know and we can look into adding an alternate formatting mode your device does support.
