Most CCTV hardware uses BNC connections.
You should be able to find RCA to BNC type adapters that allow you to plug your x10 cameras into the unit.
You should then be able to use any standard RCA audio or video cable to make your connections.

That is exactly where I purchased a good number of mine.

Tiger Direct also carries a number of these : http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/search.asp?keywords=RCA+to+BNC&searchbtn.x=0&searchbtn.y=0

Sorry, I was a bit vague with my response.  :'

If there is a sticker with the power supply info or the brand name and model on the multiplexer, you should be able to find some additional information with a Google search.
Chances are you can find a universal power supply that will work as long as you match the requirements for the unit.

Radio Shack or your local electronics surplus store.

Check the label for the proper voltage and minimum milliamps required.
