SDK not seeing TM751 Commands

When using ActiveHome1_RecvAction event I never see TM751 commands sent from ActiveHome Pro, I do see the event when I send commands from my VB program. I am using a CM19A but have a CM15A if needed.

SOLVED, problem was non existent device
