onalertmobile won't complete registration

I can open AHP and the registration page opens up. I will put in the code and it will connect and send registration request and nothing happens. I call X10 and we walked through trying it again, dropping the firewall first and it sends request, but nothing happens. I wanted to try something other than uninstalling AHP. I just got it set the way i wanted it to work. Afraid i won't get it back. Almost forgot i also put in the wrong registration code and got the same result. Any suggestions?

Depending on when you got the mobile app your registration code may not be in the system.
Sometimes codes get overlooked when they get added into the data base.
Have support make sure your code is actualy in the data base!

Thanks for your reply tuicemen. While i was waiting i went back to my email download link and tried to reinstall. It didn't work i got the same problem. I went to X10 download center and downloaded it from there and did another install of on alertmobile. It was doing the same thing and i walked away while it was trying to register. When i returned i found the error box X10 module encountered an error and needs to close, but i also found that it registered. I closed the box and then AHP error box appeared and it froze. I did a restart and reopened AHP and everything registered with no problems.
I sent invite a phone and got the email and tried it with WiFi on and the software loaded. I went to my the console and registered it like you would a new remote and it registered. It works perfectly. I noticed the address uses the same ports.  -:) So i registered it with dyndns and tried it. It to works perfectly. No need to do portforwarding since those ports are already opened for iwatchmobile. I tried the X10 server link, but it didn't connect. Is it possible that the X10 server is being overloaded? I want to thank you and the X10 community for offering such great advice and time.  >! One more question if i may. Is there anyway that i can increase the refresh rate of iwatchmobile? On alertmobile responded in only a second. Thanks again.
